Q. Advantages of converting Word documents to Flash format?
Anyone can view converted to Flash in any Internet browser without the need of special software as more than 98% of all browsers have the Flash plug-in installed. Converted Flash file can drastically reduce file size of the original Word file. Flash files are secure and cannot be edited or altered by others. They allow you to maintain more control over your content. Similar to standard web content, Flash content will not harm computers and is not filtered by firewalls software. Email distribution of Flash files is very simple.

Q. Can WordFlashPoint output be used in my web pages?
Yes! After converting Word document to Flash format, you can easily embed it to any web page.

Q. How does the WordFlashPoint output file play ?
The WordFlashPoint output comes in Adobe Flash file format. You don't need any third party plug-in to play the file. All you need is the Flash Player 8 or above that you can easily download for free.

Q. Does WordFlashPoint support Batch Conversion ?
Yes, WordFlashPoint supports batch conversion. The program can convert about 20 numbers of Word documents at a time.

Q. Will I get separate Flash file output for each pages ?
Yes there is option to create single SWF for each page. You can also create single file output.

Q. I want to create a Flip Book with custom cover page. Is it possible ?
You can. In WordFlashPoint there is an option to add custom Cover Page and Back Page for your Flip book.
To select your custom cover page and back page, go to Settings tab. Choose Custom Cover Page option and browse your custom cover page and back page.

Q. Can I search for a specific content inside the converted document ?
WordFlashPoint output comes with a  search content option. Searching document helps the user to find a specific detail from a large document.
Also output file supports the go to page feature. User can easily navigate to desired page by the entering the page number.
Note: Currently Flip Book not support content search feature.

Q. I have got a large Flash movie. How can I decrease its size ?
To decrease the Flash file size you can do the following:

• Reduce the percentage of JPEG quality; go to Settings -> JPEG quality.
• You can also make lower Frame rate; go to Settings -> Frame rate.
  

Q. How many player styles does WordFlashPoint support ?
WordFlashPoint allows two output player options: Standard and Flip Book

Q. After conversion I get a Flash output with white color background. Any other background color scheme available ?
WordFlashPoint allows user to change background color scheme. You can find the option to change background color in the settings tab.

Q. Does WordFlashPoint support latest version of OS and Office ?
WordFlashPoint is compatible to work with the latest version of Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.

Q. How can I remove WordFlashPoint watermark from my Flash output ?
The watermark on the Flash output is a limitation with trial version of WordFlashPoint. To remove it you need to purchase WordFlashPoint and register your product. After registration, your product will stop adding WordFlashPoint watermark to the Flash output.

Q. What are the limitations of the Demo version ?
WordFlashPoint Demo produces Flash content of the same quality as the full version. But the Demo version inserts a watermark on the output Flash file.
