Zenler is most interesting for course creators who want to reduce the number of separate services used to run their business. Its main strength is breadth: courses, websites, payments, funnels, email, community and live teaching can operate inside the same platform.

The trade-off is that an all-in-one system will not necessarily match every specialist application feature-for-feature, and the number of options available can create a learning curve. Things to consider

  • There can be a learning curve. More built-in functionality also means more settings and workflows to understand.
  • Specialist tools may go deeper. A dedicated CRM, webinar or email platform can offer capabilities an all-in-one system does not replicate.
  • Plan limits differ. Check the current allowances carefully rather than assuming every plan has the same capacity.
  • Migration still takes work. Consolidating tools can simplify the end state, but moving an established business is still a project.
